Am Freitag, den 12.01.2024 war es wieder soweit, das Prüferteam vom Oldenburger SV begrüßte viele Sportler(innen) und Gäste in der Blainhalle zur Verleihung der deutschen Sportabzeichen. Im Jahr 2023 hatten insgesamt 216 Sportlerinnen und Sportler das Sportabzeichen erfolgreich abgelegt und bekamen Ihre Urkunden und Abzeichen feierlich überreicht. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr (150) eine deutliche Steigerung. Diverse Jugend-Mannschaften der OSV-Fußballabteilung, sowie fast die komplette Handballsparte der HSG Wagrien haben im Jahr 2023 teilgenommen. Unter den Teilnehmern waren auch wieder Firmen und viele Familien mit Eltern, Kids und sogar Großeltern, die zusätzlich eine Familienurkunde überreicht bekamen. Nach der Verleihung lud das Prüferteam zu Kaffee und Kuchen ein. Die hieraus erzielten Spenden in Höhe von 250€ wurden der Familie Bork überreicht. Das Prüferteam um Christian Schmütz startet ab Mai wieder jeden Donnerstag um 16:30 Uhr auf dem OSV-Sportplatz. Jeder kann und darf das Sportabzeichen im OSV machen. Eine Mitgliedschaft im Verein ist nicht unbedingt notwendig.
Nikolaus-Mehrkampf-Cup in Eutin- Mit dabei 11 Turnerinnen vom OSV
(hb)Eutin. Zum letzten Wettkampf im Jahr trafen sich am Sonntag, dem 3.12.2023 85 Kinder aus 7 Vereinen beim beliebten Niko-Mehrkampf-Cup in Eutin. Darunter waren auch 11 Turnerinnen vom OSV. Nach der Erwärmung und dem Einturnen an den Geräten folgte der Einmarsch mit anschließender Begrüßung durch Landesfachwartin-Mehrkampf Janina Peglow. Eingeteilt in die jeweiligen Jahrgänge ging es an die Geräte, wo unter den Augen der Kampfrichterinnen die Übungen geturnt wurden. Der OSV stellte mit Mare Bugislaus und Klara Reck zwei erfahrene Kampfrichterinnen für diesen Wettkampf. Beim Nikolauscup müssen von den Kindern zusätzlich zu den Geräten Barren, Boden und Minitrampolin, mit Lauf und Ballweitwurf auch zwei leichtathletische Disziplinen absolviert werden. Bei der Betreuung der Mädchen wurden die Trainer von Laura Diden und Marelie Neudeck unterstützt. Bei den Jüngsten der Altersklasse 5 Jahre belegte Malina Milster den 2. Platz und Ylvie Timm den 7. Platz. Carla Vollenberg kam bei der AK 7 auf den 7. Platz. Alicia Maina und Charlotte Schmidt belegten in Ihrer Altersstufe die Plätze 6 und 10. Bei der Altersklasse 9 war das Siegerpodest von OSV-Turnerinnen belegt. Erste wurde Pia Mickoleit auf den zweiten Platz kam Nevia Friederichsen und dritte wurde Lea-Sophie Dell. Im selben Jahrgang erturnte sich Smilla Timm den siebten und Mathilda Tutsch den zwölften Platz. Bei der Altersklasse der zehnjährigen kam Isabell Paarmann auf den 9. Platz.

Neue Sporttaschen für Ü 50-Sportler Die Gruppe Ü50 + Ballnastik des OSV und der Übungsleiter Rolf Mademann bedanken sich herzlich bei Herrn Simon Behnk, Geschäftsführer der Firma Timm aus Göhl für die großzügige Spende von zwanzig Trainingstaschen für die Sportsenioren mit einem Blumenstrauß und etwas Süßem. Die gemischte Gruppe aus Frauen und Männern ab 50 Jahren trifft sich jeden Donnerstag von 19:00-21:00 Uhr in der Blainhalle um weiterhin sportlich aktiv zu bleiben. Unter dem Motto “Turne bis zur Urne” geht es darum, Spaß am Sport in Gemeinschaft zu haben. Das Training beginnt mit der Erwärmung auf Spinningrädern, es folgen Mobilisierungs- und Kräftigungsübungen und dann wird Floorball ( auch Hallenhockey) gespielt. Beendet wird die Sporteinheit immer mit Dehnübungen in der Runde. Neue Teilnehmer sind herzlich willkommen und können gerne zum Schnuppern einfach am Donnerstag zur Trainingszeit vorbeikommen. Da es keine regelmäßige Trainingspflicht gibt, darf die Gruppe gerne noch größer werden.

Herzliche Einladung zum neuen Angebot des OSV 🙂 Sport und Austausch – Bewegung und Spaß für Menschen (mit und ohne Rolli und/oder Behinderung) 22.08.2023, ab 16.00 Uhr – Oldenburg i. H., Turnhalle der Oldenburger Werkstätten (Göhler Straße 39-41). Oliver Scheplitz, u.a. Trainer der Stockenten Merkendorf und Mittler im Sozialraum Neustadt in Holstein, wird sein motopädisches Angebot theoretisch und praktisch vorstellen. Es geht um einfache Bewegungen mit alltäglichen Dingen als Sportgeräten. Weitere Angebote folgen in Abstimmung mit den Teilnehmenden. Eltern und Betreuende sind herzlich willkommen.
